Design Your Day
Join us at the gorgeous Purusha Retreats to spend a whole day on YOU. All proceeds go towards the Wellness Network CIC and local small businesses.
The idea of our Design Your Day event is that you can create the day that's right for you. You have a choice of three Activities for the morning so you can pick Morning A , Morning B, or Morning C. For the afternoon you have two choices Afternoon A or Afternoon B and then we all meet up for the Sound Bath Meditation.
These days are designed to give a day out to reflect and spend time on your own self-development. The idea is to remind yourself what is important and what influences our decisions. Our days are ideal for anyone who needs some time out from their busy lives to make sure they are looking after their own needs…

Depending on which morning workshop you select you will also receive: Morning A Selected - A 30 Minute call with Amanda to discuss your specific nutritional requirements or questions. plus a 45 Minute call with Johanna to follow up on your actions and talk through your achievements. Morning B selected: A 30 minute call with Wendy and up to two remedies
