Incredible Me Family Day

For Neurodivergent 7 - 11 year olds, Parents and Carers

A day to learn, share and celebrate.

The day will start with a welcome and introduction to all the hosts.

We will then split the children into groups and they will have  supervised activities giving them the chance to try something new.

The Parents and Carers willl then have some talks and discussions  around the Gut Brain connection, the impact on your wellbeing and how to  add new better habits to your routine, and a discussion around  communication and what works, what doesn't, what you can try and have  the chance to share with other Parents and Carers.

After lunch there will be joint workshops which are fun. simple creative ways to support your family manage all the big emotions.

Then we close with some feedback and thoughts for  future sessions.

There is a small charge of £5.00 per person to contribute towards lunch and the YMCA  staff and to show committment to attend.
